The flashing LEDs...
alternates with red, green and yellow flashes at random
included watch batteries "last 14 hours"
attaches with two powerful rare-earth magnets
(one loose and one permanently in the flasher)

The complete badge...
slip the removable magnet into the vinyl pouch
attach the card behind the magnet in the flasher
(if the magnets repel instead of attract, flip the one in the pouch over)

Green, red and yellow flashes...
difficult to photograph because the flashes are quick and bright
